About the Role

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in shaping the member experience. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and have experience in retail, customer service, or data entry, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve member inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot App and Device Issues, providing effective solutions to complex problems
  • Document and update member records based on interactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Stay informed about blithequark's evolving products and services, enabling you to provide knowledgeable support to members
  • Manage multiple member inquiries quickly, accurately, and efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet productivity and quality standards

Work Environment and Workspace

At blithequark, we offer a flexible work arrangement that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, we require:

  • A dedicated home office workspace, ideally a separate room with its own door
  • Adequate space to set up your workstation, free from distractions and interruptions
  • A hardwired internet connection (direct connection to your router) to ensure reliable and fast connectivity
  • Three power connections to support your equipment
  • No personal disruptions during scheduled hours, such as loud music, non-work-related phone calls, or other household members
  • Continuous availability throughout your shift, with the ability to focus on work-related tasks without flexibility to handle non-work-related tasks

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as an Inbound Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A minimum typing speed of 40-55 WPM, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; college education is preferred
  • Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting Apps and Devices, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Previous medical experience is considered a plus, but not required

Training and Development

At blithequark, we're committed to providing our team members with the training and development opportunities they need to succeed. Our training program includes:

  • 100% attendance required for live remote training sessions
  • Comprehensive systems and program training to ensure you're equipped to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday, dayshift training schedule

After completing your training, you'll be scheduled to work a Monday-Friday, afternoon/evening shift, with full and part-time hours available.
