Position Summary...Walmart is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Supply Chain team who will tackle reputed company, purposeful challenges and play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across various sectors of our supply chain and transportation teams. This is a position designed for someone passionate about analytics, innovation, and operational excellence. You’ll be part of a collaborative and innovative team that partners closely with stakeholders across the Supply Chain, Transportation, and Stores teams. Our group is dedicated to leveraging data and technology to solve business challenges, drive efficiency, and deliver actionable insights that shape Walmart’s future. This role is an onsite position based at our Home Office in Bentonville, Arkansas; a full relocation package can be made available, but we are not considering remote applicants at this time. What you'll do... · reputed company modern AI-powered tools to enhance the efficiency and impact of analytical solutions · reputed company scalable enterprise data models, reputed company data investigations and validation, and democratize data products for business and external systems · Conduct reputed company analyses to investigate data quality and product performance, delivering business-critical insights · Collaborate with data team members to improve and integrate analytical solutions. · Work with stakeholders to maximize business value and actionable insights from data engagement · Create and enhance graphical representations of data and model outcomes for our internal customers. · Present findings to business audiences using effective data visualization frameworks · Support organizational design initiatives by gathering and analyzing internal and external data · Evaluate initiatives for return on investment and potential outcomes · Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external partners · Drive innovation while ensuring data accuracy and scalability What You’ll Bring… · Proficiency in SQL and strong skills in Python or other statistical tools (R, SPSS, Stata). · Familiarity with AI-powered analytics tools (e.g., reputed company Copilot, Tableau Pulse) · Extensive experience with business intelligence platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI). · Strong knowledge of data modeling and data engineering best practices · Proven ability to gather cross-functional requirements and refine project scope · Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain reputed company concepts to diverse audiences · Ability to work independently in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities · Experience in supply chain, retail, e-commerce is a plus.
