Communications and PR Specialist - Social Forums

This is a remote position, but if you're near one of our local offices, you're welcome to come hangout with us in-office as well. Our main offices are in Post Falls, ID, and Spokane, WA; we also have satellite offices in Austin, TX, and Salt Lake City, UT. Wage: $60,000 - $85,000/year Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Manage reputed company social media platforms reputed company comments and forums. Platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, reputed company, etc.
• Address any positive, neutral, or negative comments promptly, professionally and effectively and in line with company objectives
• Work with design and marketing teams to create content

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a reputed company field or equivalent experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
• At least 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in a communications or PR role
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge and expertise in existing and emerging media platforms
• Experience in media relations, including press release writing and media pitching
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with diverse forum members, build relationships, and resolve conflicts diplomatically
• Professional experience in the Domain Registrar industry
• A deep understanding of online social forums, community dynamics, and best practices for community engagement
