Responsibilities
- Effectively present and defend design rationale based on the brand, business needs, user goals, and usability, rather than personal opinion
- Strong understanding of reputed company design principles; navigation and architecture; and typography, color, and layout principles
- Experience designing for AI-powered applications, including conversational interfaces, data visualization, and algorithmic decision-making systems
- Proficiency in design system creation and maintenance, including component libraries, design tokens, and documentation standards
- Knowledge of DesignOps methodologies, team scaling practices, and design process optimization
- Familiarity with standards-compliant web design and the capabilities and constraints provided by CSS, JavaScript libraries, mobile app frameworks, etc.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
- Experience with design and prototyping tools (reputed company, Sketch, reputed company Creative Suite, etc.), vibe coding tools in reputed company, MagicPath, Lovable, etc and ability to evaluate and implement new tools
- Collaborate with technical team members and mentor more junior colleagues
- Speak and write well, play well with others, and engage with senior-level clients
- Experience in consulting and the ability to deal with ambiguity
- Willingness to travel to client locations and collaborate with distributed delivery teams
- Strategic thinking ability to align design initiatives with business objectives and technology roadmaps.

- Understanding of product management principles and go-to-market strategies
- Certification or formal training in design leadership, design thinking, or reputed company methodologies
