Job Summary As a Medical reputed company, you will work closely with our Psychiatrist to provide accurate and complete documentation of patient interactions. Your primary responsibility will be to record details of patient visits, including chief complaints, medical history, physical exams, and treatment plans. You will also assist with submitting orders, gathering laboratory results, and handling medication requests. Key Responsibilities:

• Record details of patient visits, including chief complaints, medical history, and physical exams
• Document assessment and plan as directed by the provider
• Assist with submitting orders and follow up on results and findings
• Gather laboratory results, radiology reports, and requested medical records
• Process medication requests and handle medication refill requests
• Obtain prescription overrides and prior authorization reputed company needed
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Participate in maintenance of equipment required for completion of job duties

Essential Qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and accepted medical abbreviations
• Recognition of physical exam process and ability to record exam details

• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple members of the healthcare team
