Job Overview
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to customers who require assistance with issues involving their fare media cards and accounts. You will be responsible for delivering professional, knowledgeable, and courteous call support to reputed company cardholders, patrons, and transit operators. This position is remote-based out of Tullahoma, Tennessee, and offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our international transportation industry client.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Answer reputed company incoming fare media phone calls from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Process reputed company fax and email inquiries reputed company to fare media cards and accounts

Minimum Job Requirements
* High school degree or equivalent, plus three years' experience in a Customer Service/Call Center environment

- Willingness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to type 40+ words per minute (WPM)
