Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Client-Facing Operations and Issue Resolution at Blithequark, you'll serve as a single reputed company of contact on a client-facing team in a call center environment. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, install/group administration, and reputed company other routine customer service inquiries. You'll strive to deliver reputed company resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call/letter/email from the client.

Requirements and Qualifications
