Job Summary

As a Specialist in Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Service at Blithequark, you will be a member of our Corporate Affairs Team reputed company the Government Affairs Division. You will be responsible for promoting and selling reputed company travel on Blithequark, preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, and resolving customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner. If you have excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell reputed company travel on Blithequark, providing customers with personalized travel solutions
• Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets
• Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
• Communicate with customers over the phone reputed company researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights
• Communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that would reputed company the customer
• Utilize Native SABRE to reputed company manage customer travel arrangements
