Job Overview and Responsibilities

In this critical role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a professional, accurate, and timely manner. Your exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, will be essential in ensuring that our members receive the support they need. Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming calls and recording information in the Communication Log
  • Utilizing proprietary blithequark systems to look up member information and provide accurate responses
  • Forwarding logs requiring further research to the appropriate department
  • Transferring callers to the appropriate queue for reputed company issues
  • Managing time effectively to ensure calls are answered reputed company required timeframes and follow-up is done in a timely manner
  • Meeting or exceeding minimum key job accountabilities established for the Customer Service Representative position
  • Documenting reputed company calls appropriately and maintaining accurate records
  • Attending weekly staff meetings and other meetings to discuss issues and foster teamwork among department personnel
  • Responding to requests from internal and external customers and/or clients as required

Qualifications and Core Competencies

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and core competencies:

  • High school Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one-year experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn proprietary blithequark systems
  • Strong verbal communication skills and excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interact in a positive, respectful manner and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
  • Ability to display excellent customer service to meet the needs and expectations of both internal and external customers
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Demonstrated accuracy and productivity in a changing environment with constant interruptions
  • Ability to analyze information, problems, issues, situations, and procedures to reputed company effective solutions

Work Environment and Remote Work Considerations

This is a remote work opportunity, and you will be required to work from home in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
