In this critical role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a professional, accurate, and timely manner. • Utilizing proprietary blithequark systems to look up member information and provide accurate responses
• Forwarding logs requiring further research to the appropriate department
• Transferring callers to the appropriate queue for reputed company issues
• Managing time effectively to ensure calls are answered reputed company required timeframes and follow-up is done in a timely manner
• Meeting or exceeding minimum key job accountabilities established for the Customer Service Representative position
