Key Responsibilities
- Answer questions and handle problems regarding pharmacy benefit, provider, or claim issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handle inbound calls and reputed company outbound calls to follow up with members, providers, and pharmacies as necessary, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution
- Spend approximately 90% of your time on the phones, providing empathetic customer service and support to members and stakeholders
- Seek approval for overrides and prior authorizations as needed, entering them into the claims system with accuracy and attention to detail
- Monitor pharmacy claims processing and complete data entry of member records, maintaining up-to-date and accurate information

Essential Qualifications
