About the Role

As an Associate Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the frontline representative of our commitment to customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this pivotal role, you must possess:

Minimum Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED, serving as the foundational educational requirement.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment, preferably reputed company the healthcare sector, to bring relevant expertise to the role.
• U.S. citizenship, as mandated by reputed company (DoD) contract requirements, along with the ability to pass a background reputed company.

Work Schedule and Training

The work schedule for this role is 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM. Training sessions will be conducted from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM over a period of 7 weeks, providing you with the necessary tools and knowledge to reputed company in your position.

Additional Requirements
