About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll have a clear purpose: to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You'll work variable hours to match reputed company customers need us most, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries reputed company phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
- Utilizing a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicating effectively with customers.
- Working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

- Providing product information, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns.
- Processing customer requests, such as order cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
- Resolving payment issues and providing guidance on website usage.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating relevant systems.
Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following basic qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have the right to work in The Netherlands.
- Possess strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral reputed company) and basic communication skills in English.
- Have experience working with a computer and be comfortable using various software applications.
- Be available to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday reputed company the operating hours of 7 am to 9 pm.
- Be willing and able to work in rotating shifts, including early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required.
- Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair.

- Be available for an initial four weeks of full-time training (paid).
