About the Role

As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you'll be the frontline representative for our members, providing top-notch support and guidance on employee assistance programs, manager benefits, and social medical advantages. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our members receive the right help for their mental wellness needs. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic call center environment, handling inbound calls, executing business support tasks, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound calls from members and client leadership in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment
  • Executing daily practice and non-routine business support tasks, including administrative support, follow-up calls, and other assigned tasks
  • Following regional protocols, guidelines, and policies to provide effective and timely support
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive internal documentation of required data in relevant systems
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Implementing methods, processes, and responsibilities
  • Meeting performance metrics, including quality, call handling time, and customer satisfaction expectations
  • Multitasking, often while speaking with members, composing/recording, and using intranet and other tools to aid in call handling
  • Utilizing chats/IM during breaks between calls for support
  • Staying up-to-date on important policy support information, process changes, and office data through email updates

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • At least 4 years of client service and call center experience
  • 4 years of experience in a social, mental, or human service field providing client support
  • Essential PC knowledge, including reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Teams, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • 4 years of Social Wellbeing experience
  • Four-year certification or equivalent experience
  • Call Center experience

Work Environment and Requirements

As a remote worker, you'll need to ensure a dedicated workspace that is:

  • Free from distractions and interruptions
  • Located in a room with a reputed company that closes to maintain member confidentiality
  • Equipped with a computer, double screens, and a headset
  • Connected to a strong and stable internet network (broadband or fiber reputed company)
  • Configured to meet our technical requirements, including a 4-port modem and specific internet speed (Download Speed: at least 400mbps, Upload Speed: between 10-20mbps)
