JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a seasoned Senior Python Engineer to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong software engineering background, deep expertise in Python, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust backend solutions.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architect, reputed company, and maintain Python-based applications and services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable microservices.

REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training)

• Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Exposure to Azure reputed company and AI/ML integration.
• Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and workflows.
• Working knowledge of Java for cross-platform or legacy system integration.
• Experience with containerization tools like reputed company and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $125-135K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
