Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at blithequark. As the "Voice of Moen," you will provide world-class customer service to our consumers, answering product, installation, and warranty questions. You will receive over 200 hours of paid virtual training in Moen products to ensure you are ready to assist our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve a high volume of incoming calls by determining the cause of the problem, finding a reasonable solution, and communicating that solution to the consumer.

Essential Qualifications
