Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Remote Full-Time Chat and Text Specialist to join reputed company at blithequark. As a Chat and Text Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of services to clients, coordinating day-to-day operations of the program, and recommending and implementing changes that would improve the delivery of services. Key Responsibilities

• Answer reputed company chats and texts in a timely and professional manner while meeting agency goals
• Effectively assess clinical situations and needs of reputed company chatters
• Provide quality assurance of the program's service delivery
• Complete clinical documentation thoroughly, clearly, and accurately, including information critical to data collection and reporting to funders

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or a reputed company field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the behavioral health field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Clear and effective communication
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
