About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
• Be over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• High School Graduate or GED
• Comfort with desktop computer systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Availability to work various shifts
• Ability to use Windows operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills
• 6 months of Call Center experience is preferred
