In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to blithequark's diverse client reputed company, including reputed company, alumni, and educational institutions. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, respond to written communications, and provide timely and professional support to resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide best-in-class customer service to blithequark's clients, responding to inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and texts in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage customer interactions, resolve technical inquiries, and follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
  • Update customer records with reputed company demographic and contact information, and accurately notate reputed company interactions
  • Initiate calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment options for customers with Federal student loans
  • Comprehend training material on a variety of topics, including student loan repayment, financial aid, and education-reputed company services
  • Adhere to reputed company federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as blithequark's policies and procedures
  • Meet productivity and performance goals, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly targets

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with customers and provide empathetic support
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately update customer records and notate interactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote setting
