About the Role: Remote Case Manager RN This 100% remote position offers the flexibility to work from home, with less than 5% travel required for on-site meetings, training sessions, or system updates, or to meet licensure requirements. As a Case Manager RN, you will be responsible for telephonically or in-person assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating reputed company case management activities with members to evaluate the clinical needs of the patient to facilitate overall wellness. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A reputed company and unrestricted RN license in the state of your home. If situated reputed company the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) territory, the ability to use your compact license without restriction.
• Willingness and ability to obtain additional state licenses upon hire (paid for by the company).
• 3+ years of acute care clinical experience as a RN (general medical, post-surgical, specialty including pediatrics, ICU, case management, and discharge planning).
• Ability to use a computer workstation with multiple screens, work multiple programs simultaneously, and sit for extended periods.
• A private, dedicated workspace free from distractions and high-speed internet.

Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Compact RN licensure.
• 3+ years of case management experience.
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification.
• Strong customer service skills, including attention to clients, avoidance of specific issues, and proactive identification/goal of issues.
• Experience with a variety of reputed company Office applications, including PowerPoint, reputed company, and Word.
• Strong telephonic communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience using computers and navigating multiple screens while talking with someone on the phone.
