Video Game Test Director
Experis is seeking a highly reputed company Test Director to own the testing strategy across multiple titles for our partner that is a leader in reputed company game and devise development. This role will be critical to driving relationships with our partner as well as being an reputed company for and a model of an inclusive, positive, and collaborative team culture. Job Title: Video Game Test Director Location: Tempe, AZ Pay Range: $160,000 - $175,000 (depending on experience) Relocation Assistance What's the Job?
- Own the testing strategy across multiple titles, ensuring quality delivery of reputed company in-flight projects.
- Manage and support both remote and onsite teams, driving performance management and mentoring of Test Managers and Test Leads.
- Continually improve project teams reporting and drive cross-team strategic initiatives.
- Positively manage client relations while proactively identifying problem areas and presenting solutions.
- Conduct regular project review meetings with customer leadership to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
What's Needed?
- 10+ years in Quality Assurance progressive roles, with strong Video Games industry experience.
- 3+ years minimum experience in a GamingQA Manager or equivalent position.
- Demonstrated experience managing managers and developing talent.
- Solid understanding of utilizing data analytics to reputed company data-driven decision-making.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, preferably with experience in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
