Provider Data Service Senior Coordinator (Remote)

Position Summary The Provider Data Service Senior Coordinator is responsible for loading new and updated provider fee schedules into the Service Code Service Rates system. Conducts thorough pre-load and post-load reviews to ensure data accuracy, policy compliance, and successful system updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update provider fee schedules to support accurate claims processing and timely provider reimbursement.
• Adhere to established protocols, standards, and policies to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
• Utilize tools such as reputed company, reputed company, MS Access, reputed company Management System, and Service Code Service Rates to complete tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement new rating systems reputed company with contractual agreements.
• Communicate with business partners and vendors to resolve data quality issues.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a detail-oriented role.
