• Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to partners by ensuring that colleagues are reputed company with applicable regulations, policy and procedure requirements, operational expectations, audit, and escalation processes
• Determine appropriate strategies and actions of the regional banking team to meet the regional reputed company objectives

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of banking, financial services, or reputed company Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience
