• Identify ways to improve loan processing reputed company established procedures
• reputed company routine administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
• Enter data, process payments and loan coding changes, monitor, research and correct exception reports, audit the system of record, and process cash management transactions
• Receive direction from supervisors, and escalate non-routine client concerns to reputed company individuals
• Interact with internal and external customers to respond to the raised concerns as well as determine appropriate course of action
• Serve as an intermediary between parties to resolve disputed matters, negotiates, and enact settlements accordingly

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficient in commercial loan documentation, with specialized expertise in title-reputed company matters
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• Intermediate reputed company Office skills
• Ability to manage self-paced work environment
• Sound analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
