This role will be responsible for leading change management initiatives across multiple workstreams, with particular emphasis on Spanish-speaking stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience driving organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies reputed company global reputed company programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day Change Manager, ensuring execution of reputed company assigned workstream change management activities.
• Facilitate weekly change management meetings with customer teams, driving alignment, accountability, and reputed company.

• Prepare and distribute meeting notes and maintain updated weekly project status reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and cultures.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Consulting background or experience in multinational, LATAM-focused projects preferred.
