Your critical role will involve reviewing user-generated and uploaded content, including videos, images, text posts, and comments, to identify and address violations such as hate speech, misinformation, graphic content, spam, and other inappropriate material. You will be instrumental in protecting our users and maintaining the reputed company of our brands. This role demands a high degree of judgment, cultural sensitivity, and an unwavering commitment to impartiality. You will utilize advanced moderation tools and collaborate closely with policy experts and team leads, even in a remote setting, to ensure consistent application of guidelines. Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, video, audio) across MBC Group's digital platforms for compliance with content policies and community guidelines.
• Identify and take appropriate action on content violating policies, including removal, escalation, or applying warnings, with high accuracy and consistency.
• Stay updated on content policy changes, local regulations (Saudi Arabia), and emerging online trends to ensure effective moderation.
• Collaborate with team leads, policy specialists, and other moderators to ensure consistent application of guidelines and share insights.
• Provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback on content policy ambiguities or challenging cases.
• Maintain a high level of productivity and quality in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content professionally and ethically.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong understanding of online content moderation principles and ethical considerations.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to apply reputed company guidelines consistently.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
