WHAT YOU'LL DO Calendar & Email Management (reputed company #1)
- Manage a reputed company calendar across Pacific and Eastern time zones
- Protect boundaries: No client-facing meetings before 9am PT or after 3pm PT; Fridays reserved for networking only
- Proactively screen, prioritize, and respond to emails using established communication standards
- Acknowledge reputed company messages reputed company 4o business hours, even if full response takes longer
- Draft email responses for approval and sending
- Convert action items from email into reputed company tasks with message links automatically
Client Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the professional first reputed company of contact for clients
