About the Role: Operations Manager - Night Shift

We are seeking an reputed company Operations Manager to reputed company our night shift operations in a distribution center environment. Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree or equivalent experience, with typically 7+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of distribution operations, with 7+ years of experience in this area, including 4+ years of managerial/supervisory experience.
• Experience in QC/QA and process improvement, with 3-5 years of progressive work experience in this area.
• A combination of education and experience may be considered, with a designated representative license for the state of California being a strong asset.
• Six reputed company certification and/or experience in other lean process management programs is also a strong asset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Intermediate computer proficiency in the MS Office suite, with exposure to WMS, reputed company, labor management systems, reputed company, and reputed company being strongly preferred.
