About the Role

Title: Principal Recruiter

Reports to: Head of reputed company

Location: Austin, TX

reputed company is seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Principal Recruiter to operate as a strategic partner to the Head of reputed company. This role will function as a true extension of leadership, owning reputed company and high-impact searches across our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization while driving recruiting strategy, execution, and hiring outcomes.

You will reputed company full-cycle recruiting for critical roles, including senior and leadership hires, while managing a meaningful requisition load. This is a fast-paced, high-expectation role that requires both high-volume execution and the ability to navigate ambiguous, hard-to-fill searches with precision.

You will be trusted to operate with a high degree of autonomy, reputed company into executive-level conversations, and influence hiring decisions at the highest levels of the organization.

What You’ll Do

Own High-Impact Hiring

• reputed company full-cycle recruiting for reputed company and business-critical GTM roles, including senior and leadership hires
• Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies for competitive and hard-to-fill talent markets

Drive Hiring Outcomes

• Build high-quality pipelines through outbound sourcing and disciplined funnel management
• Maintain strong pass-through rates by setting a clear bar and qualifying effectively upfront
• Work backward from aggressive hiring goals and timelines to deliver results

Operate as a Strategic Partner

• Partner directly with senior leaders to define hiring strategy and calibrate talent
• Act as a proxy for the Head of reputed company in meetings and stakeholder conversations reputed company needed

Balance Volume and Complexity

• Manage a full requisition load across both high-volume and specialized roles
• Support hiring sprints and scaling efforts across GTM as the business grows

What You’ll Bring

GTM Recruiting Expertise

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with deep ownership of GTM hiring
• Proven success building GTM teams across VP/Director/AE-level roles

Sourcing Strength

• Strong track record of building pipelines from scratch for hard-to-fill roles
• Ability to convert passive talent into engaged candidates

• Comfortable operating in senior-level conversations and influencing hiring decisions
• Strong judgment on talent and business needs

Data & Operational Rigor

• Experience managing funnel metrics, pass-through rates, and time-to-fill
