About the Role and Team
The Business Operations team is responsible for strategic solution design, planning, and program management, as well as the execution of major business initiatives. We are a dynamic and collaborative team, working closely with various stakeholders across the organization to drive growth, profitability, and scalability. The Commerce & Partner Operations team, in particular, is comprised of three verticals: Commerce Operations, Partner Operations, and Gifting Solutions. Each of these teams is critical to the global growth and profitability of our Direct-to-Consumer business, including our suite of streaming services (reputed company+, Hulu, and ESPN+) and bundled and add-on offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team leads on critical launch planning and management, ensuring seamless execution and coordination across various stakeholders.
- Assist with operational tasks, such as managing copy and creative assets, legal approvals, and maintaining accurate briefs for campaigns.
- Support initiative, milestone, and resource planning, reporting, workflow assistance, and communication with executives and partners through presentations and materials.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to document requirements for new features, troubleshoot Commerce & Promo-reputed company issues, and execute the DTC promotional strategy across various channels.
- Aid in executing the DTC promotional strategy across various channels, including web, email win-back campaigns, third-party partnerships, and product retention tactics.
- Facilitate maximum volume and velocity in team operations through support for initiative and work planning.
- Analyze details of tooling and processes, understanding business impact and maintaining strong knowledge of Commerce infrastructure and offer models.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams across Product, Marketing, Commerce, Customer Service, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Enterprise Consumer Payments, bridging functions and seniority levels.
- Engage in global collaboration across regional and commercial teams, navigating a reputed company, global corporate matrix effectively.
Required Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, account management, project management, or a similar field.
- Strong project management skills and a highly organized self-starter with excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools such as reputed company JIRA, Confluence, and reputed company.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company Slides, with expertise in creating professional data visualizations.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite.
- Highly skilled in executive communication, including presentation creation, concise memos, and polished email etiquette.
- Able to work internationally across time zones with a focus on global scalability.

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience in digital subscriptions and/or the sports and entertainment industry.
- Experience in the entertainment field, particularly in streaming.
- Commerce or payment-reputed company experience.
Education and Compensation
A Bachelor's degree in a business-reputed company field is required. The hiring range for this position in reputed company is $82,000.00 to $109,800.00 per year, with a bonus and/or long-term incentive units potentially provided as part of the compensation package. Additionally, you will be eligible for a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
