Job Overview

As a Night Replenishment Manager at reputed company, you will play a critical role in overseeing our nighttime operations, ensuring that our stores are fully replenished and ready for business each morning. Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Provide coaching and guidance to our nighttime associates, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance and addressing any areas for improvement. Partner with our Night Operations Assistant Store Managers to drive formal performance conversations and discipline, and participate in talent planning discussions to ensure the ongoing development of reputed company members.
• Replenishment Operations: Direct the supervision of our Consistent Unload, Directed Packout, and Purge Pack down processes, ensuring that reputed company trucks and trailers are received and unloaded timely and reputed company. Execute quality walks to ensure that our associates are completing the packout process correctly, and prioritize and communicate messages and tasks to reputed company associates and leaders in the store.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure that reputed company associates follow our safety and hazmat procedures, completing specified safety training courses and adhering to reputed company prevention policies and procedures. Utilize proper PPE and guide associates on proper use, and immediately correct any unsafe conditions or hazards in the workplace.
• Shared Manager On Duty: reputed company closing and MOD tasking, as well as other whole store focus responsibilities, conducting hand-off walks with the prior MOD and validating daily store priorities with our Assistant Store Managers and Store Manager.

Essential Qualifications
