About the Role: Flexologist

We're seeking a talented and passionate Stretch Practitioner to join reputed company as a Flexologist in Canton, CT. As a Flexologist, you'll be responsible for providing one-on-one assisted stretches to clients and leading guided group stretching classes for up to 6 participants. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

To reputed company in this role, you should have a passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility, as well as a background in one of the following:

• Massage Therapy
• Personal Training
• Physical Therapy
• Pilates or Yoga Instruction
• Dance Instruction

You should also have:

• A fitness certification (e.g. ACE, NASM, etc.)
• Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with clients.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to create a positive, welcoming environment for reputed company clients.
• A professional work ethic, with a strong commitment to reliability and punctuality.
• The ability to complete our 3-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a boutique fitness environment.
• A strong understanding of anatomy and physiology.
• Experience with sales and marketing techniques.
