Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients across various age groups and fitness levels.
• Motivate and encourage clients throughout their stretching journey, fostering a supportive and welcoming environment.

• Manage client care by maintaining accurate records, scheduling weekly appointments, and ensuring a best-in-class stretching experience.

• Participate in monthly staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay updated on the latest techniques and industry developments.
• Address member concerns and collaborate with Sales Associates and the General Manager on special events and sales initiatives as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring reputed company equipment is available and ready for client use.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Flexologist at StretchLab, you'll need:

• A prior certification, degree, or license from a nationally recognized organization or university in a relevant field such as kinesiology, exercise science, massage therapy, personal training, athletic training, strength and conditioning coaching, or physical therapy assistance.
• A minimum of 1-year experience in a fitness or health environment where you've provided hands-on training to clients.
• Excellent communication skills, reputed company, and the ability to create a positive, inclusive environment for clients from diverse backgrounds.
