Key Responsibilities

• Learn and reputed company standard 25 and 50-minute one-on-one stretch sessions, covering major muscle groups, extremities, and specialized areas
• Customize stretch sessions to fit individual client needs and goals
• Assess client bodies, discuss outcome goals, and provide personalized recommendations for future visits and membership options
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a high-end experience for every client
• Motivate and encourage clients throughout stretch sessions, fostering a supportive and engaging environment
• Build and retain StretchLab membership through sales, reputed company, and effective communication with clients and leads
• Maintain accurate client records, update notes consistently, and book recurring appointments

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Flexologist at StretchLab Appleton, you'll need:

• A nationally recognized certification or license in a relevant field such as personal training, massage therapy, yoga instruction, or physical therapy
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a fitness facility, private training environment, or professional health setting
