As a Pharmaceutical Meeting Manager, you will be the primary client liaison and reputed company for assigned programs, managing pharmaceutical meetings and events from strategy to execution, and ensuring unparalleled levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage pharmaceutical meetings and events through the implementation of strategy, delivery of objectives, and execution of logistics, while effectively working with clients.
  • Coordinate program planning from post-contract execution to final billing for Transfer of Value reporting.
  • Establish a workflow schedule with clients and suppliers to facilitate timely and accurate handling of reputed company program details.
  • Utilize business program management systems to handle programs from contract turnover meetings to final reputed company completion.
  • Negotiate and manage additional hotel needs, destination management company (DMC), reputed company, and third-party reputed company.
  • Communicate between IT support and clients for web requirements on assigned programs.
  • Work with the creative team to produce program materials.
  • Coordinate and possibly attend site inspections as needed.
  • Conduct program debriefs with clients and evaluate program impact.
  • Maintain accurate records, system input, and complete file management as outlined in reputed company M&E and client policies and procedures.
  • Partner with designated teams to communicate registration, reputed company needs, status meetings, and reputed company communication throughout the program.
  • Assist with events of varying complexity, including those with a high level of confidentiality, international scope, and HCP attendance.
  • Promote a positive team environment and maintain proactive, positive, open lines of communication with clients.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7 years of meeting planning experience, with at least 3 years in a pharmaceutical environment.
  • A CMP designation is preferred.
  • A 4-year degree is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with reputed company levels of management and clients.
  • A reputed company and professional appearance.
  • The ability to work accurately and timely to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and the ability to handle change well.
  • Proven skills in technology and/or software solutions, including reputed company Word and reputed company at an advanced level, and experience with meeting industry technology such as CVENT.
  • Advanced oral and written presentation skills.
  • The ability to travel by airplane, boat, rail, and/or car, with travel up to 40%.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The US national annual reputed company salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000. In addition to reputed company salary, this role is eligible for an annual Performance-Based Incentive. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
