The Role: Customer Experience Concierge

As a Customer Experience Concierge at blithequark's Centurion Lounge in LAS Airport, you'll be the face of our brand, delivering superior service to our Card Members. You'll work as part of a cohesive team to excite our customers and deliver on our brand promise. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, creating innovative solutions to resolve issues and concerns.
• Employ the Customer First philosophy to meet customers' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations.
• Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance, utilizing your knowledge of the travel industry to enhance the customer experience.
• Partner with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment to ensure the delivery of exceptional service.

Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 1 year of recent experience servicing premium customers, preferably in the airline, lounge, or travel industry.
• A passion for delivering proactive solutions and exceptional communication skills to delight customers.
• The ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction.
• Professionalism and a positive attitude in reputed company interactions, with the ability to reputed company decisions quickly and effectively.
