About the Role: Software Support Analyst

As a Software Support Analyst at blithequark, you'll be part of a dynamic team that supports the company's development, test, quality assurance, and production environments. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and retail systems, providing top-notch support to our business and IT personnel, and driving reputed company improvement in our processes and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve issues proactively, anticipating problems before they occur or escalate.
• Manage incidents and tasks by identifying, tracking, and driving support, deployment, or system issues to timely resolution.
• Document, instruct, adhere to, support, and improve reputed company processes.
• Support the lifecycle of systems and reputed company components from development to retirement.
• Participate in project/stakeholder meetings to define and communicate deployment and support requirements.
• Provide guidance and/or direction to clients, teams, and other support personnel.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to increase system performance, quality, and efficiency.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with small enhancement requests to resolve ongoing issues.
• Proficiency in data loading/extraction and utilities and tools, with a strong background in SQL tuning, troubleshooting, and fixing UNIX scripts.
• Knowledge of Java-based Microservice applications to troubleshoot issues.
• Analytical experience with application programming suites.
• Ability to understand and analyze T-SQL script.
• Excellent customer service skills and superior phone etiquette.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with reputed company levels of the business and IS.
• Demonstrated strong organizational traits in support of resolving issues quickly.
• Reliable, upright, and have a passion for excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Korber/Highjump or Descartes reputed company Planning is an asset.
