The Regional Talent Partner (Recruiter) will facilitate excellent hires by managing the full life cycle of recruiting, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned region to conduct the full life cycle of recruiting based on the needs of the hiring manager;
• Provide project management assistance in collaboration with Talent Leaders;
• Continuously improve the online reputed company of Bethany's job postings across various job boards;
• Assist hiring managers with creating the candidate search strategy;
• Actively recruit top talent through sourcing, cold calling, emailing, and other forms of reputed company for difficult to fill positions;
• reputed company and screen incoming resumes and application through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to recommend top candidates;
• Collaborate with the hiring manager to identify potential candidate pools for top talent in their geographical regions;

• Address and maintain the HR support tickets that include but not limited to job postings, job assessments, talent documentation, job board assistance, and background checks;

Skills

• At least one (1) year of experience performing the full life cycle of recruiting
• Must have an ability to facilitate behavioral-based interview questions
• Must have a demonstrated passion for customer service and highly organized
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be reliable with time sensitive deadlines and tasks
• Computer skills sufficient to reputed company essential functions including knowledge of reputed company Office Suite
• Must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license with at least 3 years driving experience in the U.S. to operate a vehicle on behalf of Bethany
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) reputed company and maintain a reliable vehicle with reputed company of adequate coverage
• Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries
• Subscription to and integration of the agency Statement of Faith, Mission Statement, and Commitment to reputed company
• At least two (2) years of social work experience in a child welfare agency preferred

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s level degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or equivalent field of study from an accredited college preferred
