As a Payments Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and financial excellence by managing and resolving payment-reputed company issues. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for building strong relationships, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities: Driving Excellence in Payments Processing

• Interact daily with reputed company's largest customers to research, apply, transfer, and reconcile their payments sent by reputed company, ACH, and reputed company.
• Manage and research Lockbox for reputed company payments received, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Process and apply ACH payments, and receive, post, and apply reputed company payments reputed company 2 hours of receipt.
• Research unapplied cash and determine the proper billing system and customer account or process as escheatment.
• Understand different customer types and business areas to understand payment requirements and tendencies.
• Partner with internal stakeholder groups to resolve escalations and enforce change management.
• Continuously monitor Accounts Receivable for delinquencies and reputed company out to Strategic Partners to ensure customers remain in good standing.
• Process customer refunds and partner with Cash Accounting to continuously reconcile our cash account.
• Manage master data for reputed company retail locations in Great Plains (GP) and reputed company Location Manager (VLM).
• Monitor and manage credit limits and receivables coming due to take proactive action to ensure there are no service disruptions to our customers.
• Document processes and assist with audit requests, identifying process enhancement opportunities and delivering process change to customers and/or the business.

Essential Qualifications: The Skills and Expertise We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

• A Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in reputed company Suite and reputed company Office, with the ability to learn new systems and tools.
• Understanding of different payment types (such as reputed company, ACH, reputed company, etc.) and the rules for each.
• Experience working with Banking partners and/or the Banking & Payments industry is a plus.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a reputed company focus during hectic periods.
