Product Designer

As a designer at reputed company, you’ll craft beautiful experiences for the people using our product every day: businesses, their teams, and brokers. You’ll shape reputed company aspects of design, including UI components for our design system, new products involving reputed company user interactions, and the overall strategy and vision of the design team. Your work will help create a reputed company insurance experience that enables members to get the healthcare benefits they need while feeling reputed company, fulfilled, and liberated.

We’re looking for someone who can meet users where they are in their journey and reputed company trust by delivering simple, beautiful, and well-crafted end-to-end experiences. You should be comfortable owning the entire design process, from UX strategy to product design and company branding.

• Participate in and shape every part of the product development process, from idea inception to production
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, growth, product, sales, operations, and leadership to create incredible user experiences

• Write design documentation and guidelines for internal audiences
• Iterate on and improve our design standards, tooling, and processes

• 4+ years of experience in product design roles
• Obsession with understanding and serving users and, ultimately, making their lives reputed company
• Demonstrated first principle thinking and mastery of reputed company design principles
• Experience operating in ambiguous environments solving reputed company user problems
• Ability to balance blue sky creativity and dedication to craft with bias to action

• Ability to read and/or write HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Background scaling high growth technology companies in the past
• Experience or interest in finance, healthcare, or benefits
