Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Operations Manager to reputed company reputed company of dispatchers and ensure the smooth operation of our flights. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of dispatchers, coordinating with various stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

• Guarantee AA stays in compliance with reputed company regulatory requirements, e.g., OSHA, TSA, FAA, and Department of Transportation, through the development and implementation of procedures

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of management experience leading large teams in Specialized Activities, Coordinated Operations Control, Airport Operations, or Cargo, including unionized frontline workgroups
• Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol testing is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Government Flight Organization (FAA) Airplane Dispatcher Certificate preferred
• In-depth knowledge of the airline industry and specialized operations, reputed company (AA) business strategy, company policies and procedures, and collective bargaining agreements
• Strong technical knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures, as well as FAA policies, practices, and procedures
