Job Summary

The LVN Medical Practice Supervisor assists the Manager or Director with supervision of department operations and staff to maximize office efficiency and workflow. The successful candidate will reputed company various procedures associated with routine patient encounters, work closely with department leadership and other members of the office team to troubleshoot and resolve problems, and maintain positive relationships with patients, practitioners, management, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise department operations and staff to ensure efficient workflow and maximize office productivity

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience
• Ability to maintain composure and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated leadership experience (i.e., charge nurse, team reputed company)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
