About the Role: Machine Operator (Nights)

We're looking for an reputed company Machine Operator to join our production team on a rotating shift schedule, working from 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM, 2-2-3 rotation. As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment, producing high-quality products, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup and Operation: Set up and operate various manual and automated equipment in the production process, ensuring efficient and safe production runs.
• Production Monitoring and Material Replenishment: Monitor equipment performance, replenish materials as needed, and visually inspect production runs to ensure high-quality products.
• Documentation and Reporting: Document production results, identify and report any malfunctions or issues to the relevant parties, and maintain accurate records.
• Equipment Maintenance and Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and assigned areas, performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime.
• Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Work Experience: 1-3 years of general work experience, with prior production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Ability to operate manufacturing equipment, basic math skills, and reading comprehension.
• Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior Experience: Previous experience in a high-speed industrial environment, operating similar equipment.
• Industrial Technology: Knowledge of industrial technology, automation, and control systems.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as OSHA or production-reputed company certifications.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $18.50 to $23.25 per hour, depending on experience, with additional local incentives, such as an extra week of pay, referral bonuses, and more.
