Job Summary

The successful candidate will report to the Healthcare Program Administrator for Quality and Performance Improvement and assist in leading a team of professional and support staff tasked with the development and implementation of regulatory and performance improvement activities. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret performance data, preparing and presenting statistical and executive reports, and making recommendations to drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and reputed company strategies to address them.
  • Provide training and ongoing development opportunities to new staff, as well as staff development and educational tools for managers and staff throughout the hospital.

Essential Qualifications
