Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Design: Create interactive and engaging training materials that support workplace inclusion and cultural competence reputed company learning objectives across digital platforms, aligning with LCW's instructional and branding standards.
• E-Learning Development: Utilize e-learning techniques to design interactive modules and training aids, optimizing them for various digital platforms to ensure effective and accessible learning.
• Content Development: Assist in crafting instructional assets, including presentations, infographics, and visual aids, to facilitate learning and reputed company with diverse audiences.
• Brand Consistency: Work closely with Creative Directors and instructional designers to maintain a consistent visual identity across reputed company materials.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct research on cultural competence and workplace inclusion trends to inform content development, ensuring materials are relevant and impactful.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential Qualifications
