The Role: Influencer Sales Manager
As an Influencer Sales Manager at BrandCycle, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, leveraging our influencer community to secure paid collaborations with top brands. You'll work closely with both brand and publisher management teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Investments: reputed company and execute a recruitment strategy to secure new brand investments in our paid influencer efforts. Create reputed company lists, sales pitches, and collateral to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Influencer Campaign Management: reputed company and execute influencer selection, reputed company, negotiations, contracting, campaign deliverables, and performance measurement to provide end-to-end management.
- Talent Management and Retention: Foster trusted relationships with influencers, serve as their day-to-day contact, and implement retention efforts, including lunch-and-learns, influencer conferences, and gifting initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure T&C and FTC compliance by our influencer, creator, and blog partners, building on our reputed company compliance procedures.
The Ideal Candidate: A Seasoned Sales Professional with a Passion for Influencer Marketing
We're looking for a highly personable, entrepreneurial, and goals-driven individual with a proven track record in influencer marketing and sales. As an Influencer Sales Manager, you'll be expected to reputed company in a fast-paced, remote environment, with minimal supervision. Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing and executing influencer campaigns.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development and/or sales.
- Strong track record of building and cultivating relationships with brand, talent, and PR managers.
- Proven self-starter with a history of exceeding reputed company goals.

- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
