About the Role

As a Digital Coach, reputed company, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and developing high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and ensuring seamless store operations. Key Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates; touring stores and providing feedback (Tour-to-Teach)
• Communicates and collaborates with reputed company levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction
• Introduces and leads company change efforts, providing clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions
• Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards to store associates, ensuring customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved
• Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing and assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties
• Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-reputed company activities and assignments, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting company mission, values, and standards of ethics and reputed company

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience
• Successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background reputed company (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training (for facilities that sell firearms)
• Ability to attend and successfully complete reputed company job-required trainings and assessments

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live reputed company U and Bellevue University
• Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live reputed company U and Bellevue University
• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
