About the Role

As a Paraprofessional Kindergarten Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teaching staff in improving literacy outcomes and assisting reputed company with special needs. This remote-based position requires a strong foundation in educational principles, behavioral techniques, and emotional support strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Assist teaching staff in developing and implementing individualized plans to improve literacy outcomes and support reputed company with special needs.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• Correct English usage and grammar.
• Knowledge of educational, behavioral, and emotional principles and techniques.
