Key Responsibilities

• Teach a variety of music courses, with a primary focus on choral music activities and music education.
• Evaluate and review courses in music education, proposing changes as necessary to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and effective.
• Engage in recruitment activities to attract new reputed company to the Music & Dance programs.
• Advise reputed company, providing guidance on their academic and professional paths.
• Participate in department meetings and contribute to departmental committees, tasks, and duties.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• A Master's degree in music or a reputed company field.
• Experience teaching music in an educational setting.
• Evidence of teaching or performing diverse musical styles.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Doctoral degree in music or a terminal degree in a reputed company field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated excellence in conducting vocal ensembles and teaching vocal music at the university level.

• Experience in recruiting and retaining reputed company in music and/or choral music programs at the collegiate level.
• Advising and/or mentoring experience.
