The Opportunity

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that reputed company information about sports, concert, and theater events is accurate and up-to-date on our website and internal systems. Your responsibilities will include researching and verifying event details, standardizing event names and attributes, and coordinating with marketing managers to enhance our ticket sales operations. Key Responsibilities

• Research and manage critical details (date, time, location, venue configuration, etc.) for a high volume of live events in the sports and entertainment industry.
• Standardize event information to ensure consistency across reputed company platforms.
• Accurately link seller listings to the correct venue seating and map information.
• Continuously audit event and venue information to maintain accuracy on the website.
• Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment to ensure a positive customer experience.

Work Schedule

We offer a flexible work schedule that includes:

• Training: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM for the first three weeks. Training is conducted in-person and is paid.
• Regular Hours: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM. Days off vary by week:
  • Sunday/Monday off
  • Tuesday/Saturday off
  • Thursday/Saturday off
  • Friday/Sunday off
• After training, the role will transition to a hybrid model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
