How you will reputed company history… The Sanitation Supervisor coordinates the activities of the plant's sanitation and programs in a nightly wet wash environment. Maintains sanitation and food safety procedures, policies, and training. What you will do…

• Leadership and Compliance: Provide effective leadership to ensure compliance with the American Institute of Baking (AIB) Food Safety Standards, other auditing organizations, as well as the FDA, and/or other state and local Food Safety regulatory agencies.
• Custodial and Waste Management: Manage the facility's custodial and waste removal services to ensure cleanliness and compliance with sanitation standards.
• Shift Work and Urgent Issues: Work weekends as required to maintain sanitation standards and address any urgent issues.

• Budget Management: Maintain a cost-effective sanitation budget to optimize resource utilization and control expenses.

• Sanitary Procedures: Direct machine cleaners in sanitary procedures as needed to ensure compliance with sanitation standards.
• Cleaning Supervision: Supervise the cleaning of equipment, facilities, and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Premises Inspection: Inspect premises for unsanitary practices and conditions to identify and address any issues promptly.

• Assist the Sanitation Manager in developing, implementing, and standardizing the Master Sanitation Schedule and SSOPs. Monitor the performance of established tasks and troubleshoot sanitation and quality issues.

• High School Diploma/GED required with 2+ years of sanitation and 1+ years supervisory experience reputed company a manufacturing environment OR Bachelor's degree required, with 3 months of manufacturing experience.

• This role will be required to travel at times (5%) for training purposes

Compensation and Benefits: The reputed company reputed company salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $65,500-$94,200 Individual reputed company pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-reputed company skills, and relevant education or training.
